The massive 7” diameter flap disc with a hub is made to grind fast and last long! This flapper disc features top quality zirconia grain resin bonded to a heavy duty x-weight polyester flap. These zirconia flaps are then coated with a grinding aid and affixed to a sturdy fiberglass backing with a 5/8”-11 screw on hub. These flap discs are loading and heat resistant and will stand up to some serious punishment. Whether deburring, removing rust, sanding down weld splatter, surface finishing, cleaning or simply removing stock, you can count on this 7” zirc flapper disc remove stock fast, without gouging the work piece or needing frequent changes. Additionally, the hub feature makes attaching and removing easier than ever by eliminating the need for a fastener. Simply screw on your 7” flap disc and get to work!
