Long lasting and getting the job done. I wish I could get the green german made paper in the same size, but am satisfied with all of the paper and belt grit assortments I have used. Current project is an old floor that had good enough quality that I didn't want to use a floor sander on so I used a couple of smaller handheld belt sanders and some spots are by hand. The whole house is wood except the ceilings.

I needed a ¾" X 21 belt for a portable air driven belt sander. Couldn't find one. So bought this 3" wide belt and cut it to ¾". Works great.
Excellent sanding (3"x21" 40 grit) sanding belts. I finally found some (Empire Abrasives) that don't rip apart after several uses. Using to sand down crowns on deck joists and they do the job very well. Will buy again when necessary, but the belts are so good, I'm not sure I'll need to order more. Thanks, Empire!!
The sanding belts were well made. Fit my sander perfectly and ran smooth and tracked well. They sanded sommthly , evenly and lasted a long time.
I only recently stumbled upon Empire Abrasives, and man I'm glad I did. They give a good description of the various products, and actually steer a customer toward the product that is most suited ro the customer's need. They do not simply recommend their most expensive option, unlike most of the businesses I've looked at. I'm very happy with everything I have ordered from them (3x21 alum. oxide belts, 4x36 zirconia belt, and 6" p&s zirconia discs), and when I need something they sell, they are who I'll buy from.
