All of our products are shipped from our distribution center located just outside of New York City. We know you want your abrasives fast so we do our best to send out your orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, depending on the time of day the order is received, we can fulfill orders the same day they are placed. Otherwise, most orders will be shipped within one business day or the first business day following a weekend or holiday. 99% of orders placed on EmpireAbrasives.com are fulfilled within 24 hours!
That’s right, you read that correctly! We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States over $99.00. Due to the weight and size of some packages we reserve the right to decide which shipping provider to use. We currently ship all of our items via the following providers: USPS and UPS. When you select the Free Shipping option you can generally expect your item to arrive between 5 - 7 business days, which sometimes varies based on your location. We will provide tracking information with all of our Free Shipping.
How do I apply Free Shipping to my order?
If your order is over $99.00 your shipping will automatically go to FREE at checkout.
For those "absolutely need these abrasives yesterday" moments we offer UPS Next Day Air Shipping. All orders requesting Next Day Air will go out the day they are received as long as it is a business day (Monday - Friday and not including postal holidays) and placed before 3:00PM EST. Any orders requiring Overnight or Next Day Air shipping that are received on a weekend, holiday or after 3:00PM EST will be shipping first thing the following business day.
Currently we only ship to locations within the United States. However, we are actively seeking out economical methods of servicing other countries so please check back in soon!
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. (excluding shipping charges). Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless return is a result of seller error (i.e. the wrong item was sent).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
