Job Description:

This is a newly created eCommerce Catalog Manager position that will be responsible for the accuracy, health, and optimization of our product catalog across all sales channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This position is the perfect fit for a Senior eCommerce Merchandiser or an eCommerce Manager with 1–2 years of experience looking to start somewhere they can make an impact and grow a department from the ground up.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own and maintain all aspects of catalog health, including product data accuracy, imagery, descriptions, and categorization across all sales channels (e.g., BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay). Working with internal and external teams to resolve catalog-related challenges, such as suppressed products, listing errors, or marketplace violations.
  • Launch new products on the website and related marketplaces, ensuring high-quality listings and compliance with platform standards.
  • Own KPIs measure catalog performance, product discoverability, and conversion rates, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to create a cohesive and optimized online shopping experience.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement strategies that improve product discoverability, conversion rates, and sales growth.
  • Develop scalable workflows and systems for catalog management to support future department expansion and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce catalog management or online merchandising.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce and third-party marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Bonus if you have proficiency in platforms like ClickUp.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Pay:

$85,000 to $105,000 per year (The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors as permitted by law.)
