    Shop rolls for drum sander

Posted by R Hager on Jul 5th 2020

I was trying to find a more economical option for drum sanding rolls. Tired of paying more than $10 per wrap. I found empire and was a little unsure of quality at a price of less than $1 per wrap. But at $30 for a 50 YARD roll I thought I would roll the dice. Bought 2 rolls just to save on shipping costs and crossed my fingers. When I received them - the next day! - I unboxed them and found a very high quality product. They even have cloth backing. Some others don’t. I haven’t tried them yet but based on what I’ve seen I think they should be the best value I could find.

    Good product

Good price point, very useful for knife makers when you go the handle finish, not wasting whole sheets of material or having to cut it into strips.
