3/8 inch x 1/4 inch Mandrel are made for small diameter cut-off wheels with 3/8" arbors such as the 3" X 1/16" X 3/8" REINFORCED CUTTING DISC , or Black Hawk 3" x 1/32" x 3/8" Cutting Disc. These mandrels can be used on electric or battery operated drills or on high speed air tools such as a die grinder.
