Product Description

Floor Sanding 7" x 7/8" Silicon Carbide Edger Discs

These 7” x 7/8" Silicon Carbide Edger Discs are resin on resin bonded with sharp Silicon Carbide abrasive grains, offering high tear resistance, increased life and resistance to loading. These floor sanding edger discs are great for edging and refinishing wood floors by reaching any areas that your drum sander cannot reach. Grits ranging from 12 - 20 feature heavy X-weight cloth backing, while grits 24 - 180 feature F-weight paper backing. These silicon carbide flooring discs easily remove any polyurethane, varnishes, shellac or paint from hardwood floors. The Silicon Carbide grains allow for effective, durable and consistent performance at a competitive price. Due to this effectiveness and economical pricing, these edger sanding discs are especially popular with the rental market for 7” floor edge sanders such as a Clarke floor sanding edger, Porter Cable floor edger, Skil sanding floor edger, Hold floor sander edger or a Tennant floor sanding edger. Industries that utilize these floor edger sanders include floor preparation, woodworking and construction industries, and the discs may be used on wood, concrete, stone, paint, marble, granite and glass.
