Great product! Had a refinish job on a hardwood floor. Took the floor down to bare wood. Never ripped or split and lasted a long time before replacing.
I don't have a lot of comparisons, but everything holds up well and doesn't fly apart if it smells a stray nail or something. Tough stuff.
These are tough belts. The grit stayed on and none of them snapped.
SO much better & more affordable than Home Depot. I had one room with some leftover linoleum glue that tore through these quickly so wished I had ordered double the amount of 36 grit and a few 24 grit. Same deal with the edge sander discs. Order more of your lowest grit than you think youll need and save yourself some trips to Home Depot and some money!
Bought several of these belts to sand my very old floor. They fit the American Sanders EZ-8 sander I rented perfectly. They also cut the very old red oak flooring cleanly and lasted for several hundred square feet. Great price compared to the $13.50 Home Depot was attempting to sell these types of belts for. Thanks for offering a quality product at a *fair* price. Will shop Empire for sanding supplies in the future.

I was previously using Diablo to sand floors, but at $14+ a piece it hits the bottom line pretty hard. I get an entire floor drum sanded from rough to fine for about the cost of 6 pieces of Diablo.. Never going back. Would be really awesome if you'd start carrying 6 7/8 paper for random orbit floor sanders too

I used less than I had anticipated, so it held up well. The price is super low compared to Home Depot wanting $14 a piece for these. Will definitely be buying from here moving forward for my large jobs.

Wonderful, great company - don't buy these from home depot, think ahead and order online. We redid the original hardwoods under our carpet which had layers of paint and other stuff on them and is used up a ton of rolls, so glad we were able to get these at a better price. They came really fast in the mail. Thanks!
