1/2" x 1" x 1/8" Full Tapered Cartridge Roll is an aluminum oxide coated abrasive, glued into a cone shape that is attached to a mandrel and meant to be used on a drill or hand guided die grinder. This small abrasive cone construction offers the user precision grinding in tight, hard to reach areas. Depending on the angle of use, these tapered cartridge rolls can reach into corners, holes or tight angles or when flattened out can be used on flat or contoured surfaces for maximum stock removal grinding. The versatility of these cone rolls is created in their design. Each tapered cartridge is made with premium aluminum oxide close coated and resin bonded to strong cloth backing. The coated abrasive cloth is then rolled into a taper, with the tip smaller than the base, and glued together. These tapered cone cartridge rolls can deburr holes, sand concave surfaces, and grind fillets.
