1" x 4-1/2" Spiral bands are aluminum oxide coated abrasives that are spirally bound into a tube and used for high precision grinding, sanding or polishing. The no lap construction of these spindle sander sleeves provides a clean finish without leaving shadow marks on the surface. Each 1" wide and 4.5" long spiral band is made with premium aluminum oxide grains that are resin bonded to a sturdy cloth backing which creates an abrasive roll that is both fast cutting and resilient. This 1 inch x 4.5 inch abrasive spiral band is perfect for smoothing inside hole cuts, rough curved edges, and saw marks and can be used on both flat and curved surfaces. These 1x4-1/2 sanding sleeves are a very versatile abrasive that can be used on ferrous metal, aluminum, and wood. These spiral bands are designed to be used with expanding rubber drums that affix to oscillating spindle sanders. MADE IN THE USA
