2" Quick Change (Type R) Zirconia Flap Disc Grinding Wheels with Roloc Attachment for Die Grinders are available in 36 Grit, 40 Grit, 60 Grit, 80 Grit, and 120 Grit. These flapper discs are the smallest made by Black Hawk abrasives. Featuring quick attach screw backing and small yet durable flaps makes this little sanding flapper extremely versatile.
Black Hawk 2" Quick Change (Type R) Zirconium Flap Disc Grinding Wheels combine the versatility and effectiveness of a flap disc but now with a roloc, quick change backing and smaller size for additional ease of use in tight areas. These quick change flapper discs are manufactured with premium zirconia abrasive grains resin bonded to X weight Poly/Cotton sanding flaps. These sanding flaps are adhered to a threaded male (Type R), plastic, roll on attachment for rapid fastening (Equivalent to 3M Roloc fastening system). These 2” quick change flap discs are perfect for grinding in small narrow areas and last between 10 to 20 times longer than standard quick change roloc discs. Finally, these quick change flapper discs create less loading during use than standard discs allowing for more consistent grinding throughout the useful life of the flap disc.
