3" Quick Change Roloc (Type R) Zirconia Flap Discs Grinding Wheels for Die Grinder are available in 36 Grit, 40 Grit, 60 Grit, 80 Grit, and 120 Grit. Featuring a twist on / twist off attachment and small 3" diameter these small flapper discs are extremely versatile.
Black Hawk 3” Quick Change Flap Discs are the perfect tool for cleaning weld lines and weld splatter, deburring, deflashing, removing rust, blending, or general stock removal in narrow, small areas. By shrinking down and adhering the premium flap discs to a roloc backing (Equivalent to 3M Roloc fastening system) Black Hawk has made an extremely versatile, metal grinding abrasive for use on a die grinder. These quick change flap discs are a longer lasting and tougher quick change option than standard quick change discs. In some instances these 3” quick change flap discs last 10 to 20 times as long as the standard quick change alternative. Additionally, these small flapper discs reduce the loading commonly seem with quick change discs which provides a much more consistent grind.
