Black Hawk XL Flap Discs with Hub are the newest and thickest flap disc produced by Black Hawk Abrasives, now with a 5/8”-11 screw on hub attachment. These Threaded High Density Flap Disc are manufactured with 50% more cloth than standard flap discs. Additionally, each sanding flap is made up of Heavy Duty X-weight polyester sanding flaps resin over resin bonded with premium zirconia grains and coated with a proprietary grinding agent to reduce loading and heat during grinding. The combination of quality components, innovative additives and the sheer size of these flap discs makes for one long lasting extra-large flap discs. Black Hawk XL hubbed flapper disc are built to grind fast and consistent while preventing the down time associated with constantly changing out flap discs.
